Managers do this through leadership without authority.

Leading without authority is the ability to make people choose to follow you out of genuine desire and a sense of commitment. Again, this is the most crucial managerial ability nowadays.

In my workshops, managers go through a deep and fascinating journey of awareness and empowerment. With the robust tools of Everything DiSC, they learn to identify their own unique leadership style and to “read” the preferences and needs of other DiSC styles. The group-based discussion and practice create a fun and unusual group atmosphere — one that invites special moments of deep and practical insight, as well as quite a bit of laughter and self-humor. The result is a powerful and memorable learning experience!

  • Participants fill out a DiSC assessment before the workshop
  • Based on the assessment, each participant receives a personal report rich in insights and management tips, in accordance with their own particular management style.
